Mental health self-help handbooks for youth

Bearing in mind all the challenges that young people face on a daily basis, mental health care must not be neglected!

That is why, as part of our mental health program, which is part of the project “MladiHub – building employment skills, competencies and networking opportunities for young people”, in addition to providing free of charge sessions with a psychologist for young people, three manuals were developed for mental health for young people, with a focus on depression, anxiety, panic attacks and stress.

The handbook of depression aims to inform the youth about depression and offer practical help in dealing with it as a state.

The handbook of anxiety and panic attacks aims to inform the youth about anxiety and panic attacks and offer practical help in dealing with both of these states.

The handbook of stress aims to inform the youth about stress and offer practical help in dealing with it as a state.
